  1. Hormones can be such a pain in the arse. Don’t let the scale get you down! Like you said you can see improvements in other ways and you are on track so you know you are making progress! Sometimes when my weight stalls I cycle my calories that week. It seems to get things moving…

    • Calorie cycling definitely works- I can attest to that! I’m not going to make any official decisions until after my weigh in, but that will be my first strategy if I’ve gained or plateaued.
