Scrambled eggs (1 egg, 8 T egg whites) with black pepper & ketchup
Organic strawberries & blueberries
Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea

Lunch:
Turkey Croissant Sandwich from Village Eatery & Tea Company:
-with avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayo
-small watermelon & pineapple slice
-only one bite of croissant and scraped off the mayo!
Royal Bengal Tiger Tea

Snack:
Cantaloupe piece
Couple grapes (not pictured)

2nd Snack:
Activia Strawberry Patch Greek Yogurt
Dry-roasted Unsalted Peanuts

Grilled Turkey Burger made from 99% lean ground turkey breast
(Mixed in: bell peppers, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder)
Laughing Cow Light Queso & Chipotle cheese wedge

Sautéed bell peppers
Rosarita Fat Free Refried Beans
Pace Restaurant-Style Salsa
Asparagus
